Backed by a Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS), Lancaster facility along with our team of fulfillment specialists can continuously monitor our order volumes and implement the most efficient method for fulfilling all orders in the pipeline. Our WMS provides unrivaled inventory and order accuracy through Radio Frequency (RF) scanning of barcodes. Every incoming shipment of inventory is barcoded and scanned, allowing us to know precisely where every unit of inventory is located within our warehouse at any given time. Additionally, each order is picked using an RF scanner, making sure every order we fulfill is picked accurately. In fact, our order accuracy rate is 99.5%. Our inventory accuracy, through a combination of WMS and meticulous cycle counting and physical inventories, is also 99.5%.

Orders come to us through a variety of channels. Through our proprietary eCommerce platform, JayCommerce, we can develop a cost-effective eCommerce storefront for your business that will support both business to business and direct to consumer orders. We support a broad range of EDI feeds for wholesale and retail distribution orders, including all major Big Box and Club Stores. Lastly, we can integrate your existing eCommerce storefront or website with our WMS systems, allowing you to feed orders to our fulfillment systems in multiple formats. Once the orders are received, picked, and packed, we’ll get them out the door and on the way to your customers via the most effective shipment method.
