The Jay Group utilizes lean management principles and a proprietary on-boarding methodology for all new client programs. This process ensures that when transferring client operations to our facility, all key resources are identified and project requirements are effectively addressed to meet and potentially exceed all client expectations.
Depending on the services that are required for each specific implementation, the appropriate cross-functional team will be assembled and mobilized for the on-boarding process. And once on-boarding is complete, the team will revisit the program within the first three months of operation to look for business process improvements and opportunities to further leverage lean management principles.
The onboarding team
- will be led by a Jay Group corporate project manager who will be the single point of contact for the client throughout the process
- will possess the core knowledge and experience required to implement a successful multi-dimensional client project
- add value beyond client requirements
- will consider the client’s unique set of circumstances, criteria, conditions and business rules
- will identify client expectations, potential risks or pitfalls and mitigate risk
